Ready to give microcurrent and VNS a try at home? Here’s a simple routine I use with my family:

  • Step 1: Select Your Avazzia Life Microcurrent Device
    Choose an Avazzia Life microcurrent device, such as the Avazzia Life Evolution, Avazzia Life Pinnacle, or Avazzia Life Genesis II, all of which are designed for simple at-home use and are capable of stimulating the vagus nerve.
  • Step 2: Apply Conductive Pad/ Y Probe
    Attach conductive pads/ place Y Probe to the left side of your neck, near the vagus nerve pathway (see image). 
  • Step 3: Choose the Correct Frequency
    Set your device to a gentle, calming frequency—7–12 Hz (the Alpha wave frequency)—perfect for inducing relaxation and promoting balance.
  • Step 4: Enjoy a Quick Session
    Run the device for 3-20 minutes, ideally 3-4 times per day. You can easily fit this into your morning routine to start the day calmly, after school or work to unwind, or at bedtime to enhance sleep quality.
