How to Perform a 5 Minute Microcurrent Energy Boost

Do you need a strong cup of coffee to get your day started? What if you could swap out all that caffeine for a simple microcurrent protocol that took just minutes?

In this blog post, we teach you exactly how!

Why Starting Your Day With Caffeine is a Bad Idea

Coffee is ubiquitous in many of our morning routines. There’s something romantic about watching the sunrise as you sip on a freshly brewed mug of robust coffee. And, if this is the way you start your day, you’re not alone. In fact, it’s reported that 1.4 billion cups of coffee are consumed each day worldwide.

But here’s the thing, starting your day with a jolt of caffeine may not be the best idea for your health. Sure, coffee provides impressive health benefits like increased physical performance, reduced risk of some cancers, and increased neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin, and noradrenaline, all of which elevate your mood.

But at what cost?

The cost of forcing your system awake in the morning with coffee:

  • Abnormal heart rhythm
  • Dehydration
  • Dizziness
  • Frequent urination (see dehydration)
  • Headache
  • Heartburn
  • Increased blood pressure
  • Increased anxiety
  • Increased bone loss in postmenopausal women
  • Insomnia
  • Muscle tremors
  • Nervousness
  • Pounding heart or missed beats
  • Restlessness

So, is it worth it? You will have to decide for yourself. We’re not suggesting that you stop drinking coffee altogether. Instead, we recommend you stop relying on it to wake up (or switch to decaf and incorporate a 5-minute microcurrent therapy energy boost into your morning routine!).

Next, let’s look at some of the systems in your body that make our 5-Minute Microcurrent Energy Boost work.

What is the Trigeminal Nerve?

Let’s start by talking about the trigeminal nerve. There are 12 cranial nerves in your body, all originating in the brain. They connect different areas of your body and organs to the brain.

Cranial nerves can transmit two types of information:

  1. Sensory information includes details about smells, sights, tastes, touch, and sounds to the brain.
  2. Motor information refers to signals that affect the movement or activity of muscles and glands.

Nerves that send sensory information are said to have sensory functions, and those that send motor information have motor functions. While some nerves only have sensory or motor functions, others can have both. The trigeminal nerve, for example, has both sensory and can motor information.

Trigeminal Nerve Stimulation: A Caffeine-Free Energy Boost

Trigeminal nerve stimulation is often used on people with TMJ, stroke survivors, depression, anxiety, stress, and those with Bell’s Palsy. But today, we’re going to talk about a different use for this tried-and-true protocol, an all-natural energy boost! We’ll be treating the 6 exit points of the trigeminal nerve (see picture above for reference).

What you’ll need:

This protocol is simple and can be performed with the Avazzia Life Genesis, the Avazzia Life Evolution, or the Avazzia Life Pinnacle. Follow the instructions below.

Instructions:

  1. Set your device to a program that has dosing and zeroing capabilities. If you don’t know what that program is in your device, check your User’s Guide, the detailed table will tell you which modes do!
  2. Next, place the electrode on your face and set the power to a comfortable level until you feel a slight tingle. Remember, making it hurt doesn’t make it more effective–so always keep it comfortable.
  3. Now, look to the six exit points of the trigeminal nerve (refer to the picture above). Start by placing the electrode on spot number 1 and wait for a dose, then lift the electrode and move to spot 2, and so on.

The electrical signals dosed into the nerve will energize you and wake you up! Do this treatment daily, preferably in the morning. Immediate daily effects (aside from boosted energy) include reduced stress levels, better quality sleep, and a decrease in overall anxiety.

What Else Can Trigeminal Nerve Stimulation Do?

We recommend Trigeminal Nerve Stimulation for:

  • Insomnia
  • Brain Fog
  • Anxiety
  • PTSD
  • Depression
  • Stress
  • ADHD
  • Headaches

And more!

In fact, Our Hache Protocol Private Members helped us test and develop the Trigeminal Nerve Stimulation Protocol. Through this program (and our own In-House Protocol Testing), we’ve uncovered some exciting findings when it comes to addressing conditions like depression, PTSD, and anxiety.

Have a look at the promising results we’ve observed through our testing program in the table below:

We’ve observed extraordinary turnarounds in people who tried Trigeminal Nerve Stimulation. The results of our In-House Testing reinforce our confidence in the value of this protocol in resolving both emotional and physical trauma.
